U.S. Delivery Terms

therabreath serves United States addresses only. Standard shipping is free, processing takes 1–2 business days, estimated transit is 4–6 business days, and tracking is provided; delivery dates remain estimates rather than guarantees.

USD Transactions

therabreath completes checkout in USD and calculates taxes according to the law applicable to the transaction.

Fraud and Material Errors

A customer may seek pre-shipment cancellation, while shipped purchases proceed under the Refund Policy. therabreath reserves the right to reject transactions presenting fraud, legal, authorization, or material-pricing concerns.

Post-Purchase Rights

Customers have a 30-day eligible return and exchange window. Store-paid approved return shipping and the 5-10 business-day original-payment refund timeline are governed by therabreath’s Refund Policy.

Custom goods, clearance or Final Sale products, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are excluded from no-reason returns, but this does not limit rights for damage, defects, wrong items, or missing goods.
